Our survey has now closed, and we are in the process of analysis.

As part of our national level study, we carried out a representative survey with staff working in Higher Education institutions in the UK and had more than 1800 responses.

The aim of this survey is to provide a listening space for LGBT+ voices covering a wide range of areas within higher education institutions in the UK to address concerns about marginalised or excluded LGBT+ people, perspectives, teaching and research in higher education institutions. We therefore want to explore LGBT+ experiences of structures, functions and lived realities of working life in higher education institutions.
