In our team and community, we use a range of pronouns to refer to ourselves, and ask for others to aim to use the same ones when referring to us.

Trude uses ‘they/their’, Roisin ‘she’ and Paul ‘he’ – in this project and in the community in general we ask you to take part in and listen to members when they introduce themselves, as we all play a role in creating safer spaces for members of our communities. You may also want to consider what pronouns feels more fitting for yourself.

Overall, our research group, see pronoun usage as an important part in creating safer and more inclusive spaces for LGBT+ individuals and communities and ask you all to join us in this endeavour.
